Pacific realty Group was originally founded in 1995 under the name Sangam Estate. In the early years, we provided residential property management & brokering services exclusively to support the Luxury housing development of brands like DLF,OMAXE, ANSALS, CRC, WAVE INFRATECH, EROS etc. Eventually, the company grew and branched out into 3rd party residential and commercial management In early 2009, Sangam Estate made a strategic move to venture out in the field of real estate development on its own and to clear up any brand confusion in the market it changed its name to Xanthic International pvt limited. In the year 2018, Pacific Realty Group was formed through the merger of two well- established real estate service companies: Xanthic International pvt limited and Sangam Estates, who provided project management,marketing & sales strategy and brokerage services for residential and commercial assets in International markets like Europe, and Middle east. The merged company selected the name “Pacific Realty Group” to reflect and retain the strengths, reputation, and legacies of both XANTHIC INTERNATIONAL and SANGAM ESTATE. Today PRG is handling sales profile of over 5,000 housing units, over 1 million square feet of commercial properties, brokers over 200+ lease and sale transactions a year.
